end of summer, fall, September, September 2014, Texas, weddings
After a Labor Day weekend of doing absolutely NOTHING (it was awesome) I had to go to Texas for a work Trip…The work trip was great as I so enjoy having time away from my awful commute and desk, and we even threw in some fun in the evenings…
Then I was back at my desk for a week (boo), then up to Seattle for Jordan’s Grandmother’s 95th (!!!) birthday celebration and a friend’s wedding. It was a great weekend with both family and friends. And one thing is for sure, I miss the city and the people in it way too much.
The next weekend was…another wedding! I was a phoneless bridesmaid, and therefore have no photos to really show for the entire weekend. Then…a weekend of relaxing. Which for me means cooking and baking. It’s a bittersweet mix of warm and cozy fall food with us using the rest of our garden vegetables. Jordan made a hot sauce with these babies:He was disappointed that our habaneros weren’t as blazing hot as last year…I’m thrilled I can actually eat the sauce!
All in all, September was a lot crazier than it looks here…but regardless, there is always this:Three weirdos who always want to hang out when I get home (Especially when they are hungry).
Add two more crazies to the list in t minus two days!
